Cenca Bridge's main goal is to provide a safe working community. To establish a safe space, free of fear, bullying, harassment, and other forms of psychological and physical aggression, we require that every person who joins and/or is part of the Central American - Caribbean Bridge in Astrophysics (Cenca Bridge) community reads carefully this code of conduct and agree on our terms and conditions.
Whoever is part of Cenca Bridge and has disobeyed our terms and conditions mentioned here and the terms and conditions not mentioned yet (the ones we still would need to consider), we would be forced to remove the individual(s) from the group without an option for re-admission. This includes people from the co-leadership team, mentors, and affiliates to the group.

b) Harassment
Any form of harassment is unacceptable. Especially, people in the co-leadership team, supervisors/advisors, mentors, or professionals in advanced levels of their career have prohibited the use of their status and/or power in a negative form against students. The list of examples of forms of harassment provided above is not exhaustive. Any form of harassment is not allowed.
c) Plagiarism
Any form of written work made within the Cenca Bridge needs to come from the own accord of the members. Any use of academic or non academic articles coming from the internet, books, magazines, or other physical resource has to include in clear form a citation that describes the origin of the information. This citation should be included in the body of the text as well as in the bibliography. If no citation is provided and the information is copied/pasted from any of the above resources, it is considered plagiarism. If a present member of the Cenca Bridge or an applicant of one of our Cenca Bridge events is found to plagiarize, we would be forced to remove the individual(s) from the group without an option for re-admission.
